How it works

A Glint coin goes through four phases.

Phase 1: launch

The creator asks the keeper for a deposit address, then pays one deposit in SOL with a reference in a Memo. The keeper then:

  1. Calls GlintLauncher.launch on Robinhood Chain, which launches the coin on Pons with a dedicated GlintVault as the creator fee recipient. The pool pays the Pons launch fee, 0.0005 ETH, and funds the vault. Pons is first because Robinhood Chain is home.
  2. Creates the same coin on pump.fun with create_v2, the keeper wallet being the creator of record.
  3. Aligns the two opening prices, see below.
  4. Sets pump.fun's fee sharing, once, so that the creator's wallet and the pad each receive their share of creator fees on-chain.

Phase 2: align

Pons opens at about $4.3K of fully diluted value (1.68 ETH of virtual reserve), pump.fun at about $3.2K (30 SOL). Pons cannot be made cheaper, so the maker buys on pump.fun until both sides show the same value. At today's rate that is about 4.8 SOL, paid from the creator's deposit. The tokens it buys stay as inventory.

Phase 3: hold the band

The keeper loop reads, every 15 seconds:

It computes spread = usdPricePump / usdPricePons - 1. Inside the band (default ±5 %) it does nothing. Outside it sells inventory of the dearer chain, or buys the cheaper chain with that chain's own cash, until the spread is back near zero. See the maker.

Phase 4: retire

pump.fun graduates once 793.1M tokens are sold, about 85 SOL of real reserve. Pons graduates at 4.2 ETH of real quote. In dollars the two points are close, about $9.8K and $10.8K. After a curve has graduated, its price comes from a normal pool and ordinary arbitrage keeps the two sides together. The maker stops, sells what the open curve can take and returns cash and inventory to the pool.

What traders see

Two tokens with the same name and logo, one on Solana and one on Robinhood Chain, trading at the same price in dollars. The addresses differ because each chain has its own token contract. The coin's page lists both.
